This page is designed to help small group leaders do just that, lead. Included are Q&A style documents with questions from colleagues who have interest in leading but are unsure of whether or not they should, documents on what I and others have learned from their experiences leading, and resources to help current and potential leaders along the way. There's certainly a lot I wish I knew when I started leading and I hope to assist other leaders by sharing what I and others have learned along the way.
